Hi! I am Shelbi Mayo and I am the girl behind Doodles & Doughs Jackson, TN. We started out as a small farmstand in our neighborhood and we have branched out into different farmers markets in West TN. I am currently in Nurse Practitioner school at the University of Memphis and our micro-bakery has helped support our family financially! My husband, Jake, is also in school for his Masters in Education, while working at West Carroll High School as well! We can’t thank our customers enough for supporting us and our small business! :)
